Delete your Spotlight60 account
Use this page to delete your Spotlight60 account and the data linked to it. You don't need the app installed to do this.
How to ask
- Email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with.
- Use the subject line Delete my Spotlight60 account. You don't need to give a reason.
- We may reply to confirm the request came from you. We never ask for a password.
We delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and email you when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in record
- Your profile: full name, email address, mobile number, gender, age group and country
- The install key and push-notification token linked to your account
What may be kept
- Anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase) that aren't linked to your name or email. Google deletes them automatically after at most 14 months.
- Your deletion email and our reply, kept for up to 2 years as a record that we handled the request.
- Anything we must keep by law, kept only for as long as the law requires.
Data on your phone
Settings, saved stories and downloaded models are stored only on your phone. To remove them, uninstall Spotlight60, or go to Android Settings › Apps › Spotlight60 › Storage › Clear storage.
